On December 8, 2010 Julie Meyer, RD, founder of Eat Well Shanghai, joined Bumps & Babes Talks to discuss the health benefits of antioxidants. Julie told the group that antioxidants set up a shield to help protect our body’s cells from the damage caused by free radicals. Free radicals are molecules produced by environmental exposures like air pollution, tobacco smoke and radiation and cause damage to human cells, which is known as “oxidative stress”.

Introducing Solids to Your Baby
